Ampion, PBC. is seeking a mission-driven Enrollment Advisor for Maryland Community Outreach. This part-time, field-based role supports our community outreach strategy by attending events and guiding residents through solar enrollment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in community outreach or field marketing with a track record of meeting goals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Comfort navigating community events and building trust quickly.

Responsibilities

• Attend community events and enrollment drives to educate residents about Community Solar and enroll on the spot.
• Guide subscribers through qualification and enrollment using provided tablets or tech tools.
• Develop relationships with local CBOs, faith groups, non-profits, and local government partners.
• Tailor outreach to underserved communities, ensuring materials are culturally competent.
• Track enrollment metrics and activity, including events and leads.
