Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check (FCSR/EDL/OIG/SOR).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification; L1MA or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Be a Social Architect: Help clients discover local events, classes, or groups that align with their passions.
• Make Outings Count: Plan safe, fun, engaging time out in the community, such as classes, local events, and volunteering.
• Bridge the Gap: Facilitate introductions and community interactions until the client feels confident doing it solo.
• Documentation: Keep brief, clear notes on progress and goals.
