Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Missouri. You will mentor and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live well and participate in daily activities.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and promoting community inclusion through events and activities. We offer on-demand pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or documented 5 years of caregiving experience can be substituted for education.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Successful clearance of background checks.
• A reliable, responsible attitude.
• A compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you do.

Responsibilities
