Job summary

Patriot Properties Management in Wheatland, WY is seeking an experienced Part-time Site Manager with potential to advance to full-time. You will support day-to-day operations of our Mobile Home Community, handle leasing activities, resident relations, and administrative tasks.

You will show properties, process applications, collect rents, maintain reports, and coordinate with the Asset Manager on marketing and site upkeep.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience in Property Management, customer service, administrative and/or hospitality is preferred.
• Knowledge of eviction processes is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospects calls, maintenance problems, and other concerns; collaborate with management to resolve resident issues.
• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as needed.
• Show, lease, and assist in move-in; greet, qualify, give tours, and coordinate lease signings.
