Job summary

Greystar is hiring for a shuttle/bus operator to serve residents, staff, and guests, operating routes and adhering to DOT safety regulations. The role includes vehicle inspections, routine maintenance coordination, cleanliness, security, and clear reporting of defects.

Responsibilities

• Operate property-owned shuttle or bus following established routes, timetable, and safety procedures.
• Schedule routine vehicle maintenance and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain bus/shuttle cleanliness and security, including locking when not in use.
• Report mechanical/operational issues to Community Manager and monitor budgeted maintenance costs.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist riders with accessibility needs.
• Complete financial, accounting, and administrative reports as assigned.
