Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Shuttle Driver to operate the property shuttle service between the housing complex and university campuses. The role requires punctuality, adherence to a fixed schedule and routes, and a friendly, safety-first approach toward residents.

The position offers an hourly wage with benefits, including a 401K plan with company matching. Candidates should be able to drive in varying weather and commit to training sessions as part of staying compliant with company

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; CDL may be required for certain shifts.
• Able to sit for 4+ hours at a time.
• Friendly, upbeat personality with positive demeanor.
• Comfortable interacting with residents and guests.
• Capable of driving in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to work on time and maintain designated shuttle schedule for the duration of shift.
• Learn and follow designated routes for shuttle operations.
• Ensure that residents are driven safely to and from locations.
• Communicate with Supervisor any problems with the shuttle that require further attention.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies, according to policies and procedures.
• Ensure understanding and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by ensuring that customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
