Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests to and from hotels, hospitals, or casinos in a friendly, efficient manner with safe driving practices. You will assist with luggage, maintain vehicle logs, and learn key pickup points and local amenities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background, MVR, drug screens, and DOT/medical checks. Schedule includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Licensure, Certification, etc.: Pass criminal background, MVR, drug screen; must be 21+; valid driver’s license; DOT and medical requirements.
• Work Experience: 1–3 months related experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Knowledge: Ability to drive manual transmission.
• Skills: Read/write English; effective guest communication; basic math and time concepts.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from hotel, hospital, or casino in a safe, courteous manner.
• Assist guests with luggage handling during arrival and departure; maintain logs.
• Learn pick-up/destination points and know property outlets, rates, and amenities.
• Provide professional, courteous service and maintain HIPPA-related confidentiality.
