Job summary

Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation in Hillsboro, MO is seeking a Community Services Specialist to help individuals and families access resources and programs that support stability and self-sufficiency.

You will meet with clients, assess needs, assist with applications, and connect people to community services while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and situations.
• Experience in customer service, human services, case management, or a related field is a plus.
• Starting pay rate $16.97 per hour, bi-weekly pay.
