Job summary

Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation in Hillsboro, MO is hiring a Community Services Coordinator to lead programs that support individuals and families across Jefferson and Franklin Counties. This full-time exempt role combines coordination, supervision, and community engagement to promote stability and self-sufficiency.

You will supervise staff, build partnerships with local providers, monitor performance and reporting, and help clients access resources.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field required (Bachelor's preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in community services, case management, social services, or program coordination.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Starting pay rate: $25.61 per hour - may increase based on education and/or relevant experience.
• 4-Day workweek with Fridays off.
