Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• At least 2 years in community services, case management, social services, or program coordination.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community services programs and client support activities.
• Supervise and support Community Services staff.
• Build partnerships with community organizations and service providers.
• Monitor program performance, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Help individuals and families access resources and achieve their goals.
• Represent JFCAC at community events and outreach activities.
