Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee day-to-day program operations, lead staff, and ensure safe, compliant delivery of services. The role includes scheduling coverage, coordinating activities, and monitoring plans to support individuals’ goals.

You will work with a team to ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance while developing procedures and supporting transportation and community resource access for clients.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or related field.
• Alternative education/experience accepted in lieu of formal education.
• Experience working with adults with disabilities.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development to direct support and program staff.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings and supervision sessions.
• Manage program budgets and related administrative responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and wellbeing procedures.
• Assist individuals with transportation and access to community resources.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program and ensuring the effective delivery of services and supports. They provide leadership and oversight to staff, maintain appropriate program coverage through scheduling, and ensure the implementation of procedures that promote the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served. The Program Coordinator collaborates with team members to support service delivery, monitor individualized plans, coordinate activities, and ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Other Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and professional development to direct support and program staff.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings and participate in supervision, team meetings, and other assigned organizational meetings.
• Manage and monitor program budgets and related administrative responsibilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed to support service goals and participation.
