Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years or six years+ full-time experience in health or developmentally disabled services, counseling or social services.
• Bachelor’s degree plus two years experience, or an advanced degree with related experience.
• Substitution policy credits 30 semester hours as one year toward six years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive/screen inquiries and determine needs for support services.
• Conduct interviews to determine eligibility for services and Flexible Family Funds.
• Determine eligibility for children in Flexible Family Funds and monitor quarterly renewals.
• Outline specialized services based on ICAP assessments and interview data.
• Create and maintain a local resource list of community resources for referrals.
