Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore seeks a Community Services Administrator to provide strategic and operational leadership for our community services programs. You will oversee 3–5 programs, drive budget planning, and collaborate with partners to meet funding goals.

The role emphasizes performance, compliance, and outcome measurement while supporting workforce development and immigrant services within a trauma‑informed framework.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public administration or a related field.
• Eight years of experience in human services or a related field, including at least five years in supervision and management.
• Demonstrated success developing, managing, and overseeing program budgets with fiscal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for 3–5 assigned community services programs, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Guides program leadership in setting annual goals, work plans, and long‑range planning.
• Oversees annual program budgets and funding analysis to safeguard sustainability.
• Leads or supports division‑wide quality improvement initiatives across programs.
