Job summary

The Cesar-Chavez-Foundation is seeking a Community Service Coordinator to oversee Si Se Puede Community Center programs across California, Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. This role emphasizes judgment, supervision, and planning for resident and community initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing Afterschool, Social Services, Meal Distribution, Health & Wellness and outreach activities, supervising residents, volunteers, and interns, and developing community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 48 college credits from a two-year college or related experience.
• Bilingual ability preferred (English/Spanish).
• Proficient with MS Office (Word/Excel/Access).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Si Se Puede Community Center programs (Afterschool, Resident Social Services, Meal Distribution, Health & Wellness, Outreach).
• Maintain ethical practices and professionalism in community service.
• Outreach to community partners and establish collaborations as needed.
• Supervise residents, volunteers, and student interns; maintain records and prepare reports.
