Job summary

The Cesar Chavez Foundation is seeking a Community Service Coordinator to support multiple community programs across sites in the Southwest. You will manage Afterschool, Resident Social Services, Meal Distribution, Health and Wellness, and Outreach with a focus on ethical service and high professionalism.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, generating reports, and fostering partnerships to meet site programming needs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual preferred.
• MS Office (Word/Excel/Access) proficiency required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Live scan/background check required.
• Must provide TB test results.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must commute between sites.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certified (or able to obtain).
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ethical practices of the Chavez Foundation while serving the community.
• Manage Si Se Puede Community Center Programs: Afterschool, Resident Social Services, Meal Distribution, Health and Wellness, and Outreach.
• Create a welcoming environment for members and visitors.
