Job summary

The Cesar-Chavez Foundation is seeking a Community Services Coordinator to support after-school programs and connect residents with essential resources. This on-site, part-time role focuses on youth mentorship, program supervision, and building partnerships within the housing community.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, engaging with families, managing reports, and ensuring compliance with HUD requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Uphold ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
• Experience in program management, resident services, and community programs.
• Ability to work on-site, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Must pass Live Scan fingerprinting/background check and provide TB test results.
• Preferred bilingual Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents to provide outreach and resources.
• Supervise after-school program and related activities.
• Collaborate with Property Management to enhance resident services.
• Coordinate and distribute donations to seniors and families.
• Maintain records, reports, and confidential information with diligence.
