NLACRC in the San Fernando Valley is seeking a Service Coordinator to help develop and monitor individualized program plans, coordinate services for clients and families, and document activities in line with NLACRC policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, two years of experience, and bilingual Russian proficiency. A Master’s degree may substitute experience. The position offers hybrid work options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field; two years of related experience.
• Bilingual Russian required.
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor program plans for individuals; revise as needed.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and their families.
• Document forms and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies.
• Advocate for individuals served by community agencies.
• Schedule and attend interdisciplinary meetings with individuals, families, service providers and advocates.
• Identify barriers to service delivery and apply culturally sensitive strategies.
• Rotate officer-of-the-day duties; provide case coverage and emergency on-call support.
