NLACRC is seeking a Consumer Services professional for the San Fernando Valley. The role focuses on information, advocacy, and arranging services for individuals and families in the community, with emphasis on person-centered planning and collaboration across disciplines.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least two years of related experience; a Master’s degree may substitute for experience. Some positions may require bilingual Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information, advocacy, and service arrangement for consumers and families.
• Participate in development of program plans; monitor and evaluate; revise as needed.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and their families.
• Document forms and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies.
