Job summary

North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) in the San Fernando Valley seeks a Service Coordinator to develop and monitor individualized plans, coordinate services, and advocate for clients in home, community, or office settings.

You will participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ensure documentation compliance, and address barriers with culturally sensitive approaches. Valid CA driver's license and Russian fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field.
• Two years of related experience in service coordination or similar field.
• Bilingual in Russian required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor program plans for individuals; revise as needed.
• Identify and coordinate services for individuals and families.
• Document, complete forms and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies.
• Advocate for individuals served by community agencies.
• Schedule and attend interdisciplinary meetings with individuals, families, and providers.
• Identify barriers and apply culturally sensitive strategies; work with underserved communities.
• Rotate officer-of-the-day duties; provide case coverage; assist with special projects; on-call support.
