Job summary

NLACRC, a private, nonprofit organization serving the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas, seeks a Service Coordinator for Early Start AV. You will participate in program-planning, coordinate services for families, and advocate for individuals across home, community, and office settings.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, two years’ experience, and bilingual Russian. A master’s degree can substitute experience. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related field; two years related experience; bilingual Russian required.
• Knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor program plans for individuals.
• Coordinate services for individuals and their families.
• Document forms and reports per regulations and NLACRC policies.
