Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Security/Compliance Coordinator to maintain a safe and pleasing environment for residents through inspections, logs, and professional interactions with residents, owners, and vendors.

You will enforce governing documents, respond to inquiries, and maintain compliance while supporting the team and upholding service standards. The role is full-time with benefits, and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a service-related industry.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated experience handling conflict resolution.
• Compliance or construction background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enforce governing documents and cite owners for non-compliance.
• Respond to inquiries via email or phone with owners; provide resolution.
• Maintain daily log of visits to communities.
• Maintain compliance with residents and vendors.
• Prepare violations and data entry; generate letters.
• Maintain inspection schedule and logs.
• Support team and review appeals for waivers.
• Follow FirstService Residential Global Service Standards.
