Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Jefferson County seeks a Community Schools Team Coordinator to provide leadership, direction, and coordination across Belleville Henderson, LaFargeville, and Sackets Harbor districts.

The role emphasizes program quality, staff supervision, and collaboration with families, schools, and regional partners to advance grant objectives and sustainability.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education.
• Experience coordinating programs and supervising staff.
• Ability to travel frequently across districts.
• Flexibility for evenings/weekends.
• Valid NYS Driver's License required.

Mansioni

• Provide and evaluate educational programming per grant application, including direct delivery when needed.
• Research, review, and adapt resources to support quality and accessibility.
• Coordinate program evaluation across districts with partners and evaluator.
• Align Community Schools programming with available resources and goals.
• Model and support engaging families and culturally responsive environments.
• Represent CCE on consortium, district, and regional teams for delivery and improvement.
• Plan educational programming and ensure fidelity within grant requirements.
• Supervise Community Schools Coordinators, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Travel frequently among offices, districts, and partner locations for program delivery.
• Coordinate outreach, marketing, and program updates for stakeholders.
