Job summary

Northfield Public Schools is seeking a part-time Community School/Site Assistant to support K-5 students across Greenvale Park, Spring Creek and Bridgewater elementary schools. The role runs up to 12 hours per week, mainly after school, with some evenings.

Responsibilities include assisting with literacy, SEL, science and art activities, and helping manage student behavior in coordination with site leaders and teachers.

Compensation/Benefits/Perks

• An employee earns one hour of sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked and can earn a maximum of 48 hours each year.
