Job summary

Eastern Carver County Schools at Jonathan Elementary is seeking a Club Care Assistant to support students in the program and assist with daily activities. The role works Monday to Friday, 6:30am–9:30am and 2:00pm–6:00pm, year-round, with a starting pay of $22.66 per hour (Tier 4).

An extra $31.49 per day is earned when working a split shift on student contact days. A $500 hiring bonus and a $250 referral bonus are offered; pre-employment background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Current first aid certification (have or willing to obtain).
• Experience working with elementary aged children.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for students in program and assist in activities and daily needs of the site.
• Give direction to paraprofessionals on site.

$500 Hiring Bonus: One-time payment upon successful completion of probationary employment period(120 days)

$250 Referral Bonus

Position Purpose: Provide care for students in program and assist in activities and everyday needs of the site. Give direction to paraprofessionals on site.

Benefits of Employment: Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Student Support Staff (MSEA Association) and District 112. This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
