Job summary

Northfield Public Schools is seeking a part-time Community School/Site Assistant to support K-5 students across Greenvale Park, Spring Creek and Bridgewater elementary schools. The role runs up to 12 hours per week, mainly after school, with some evenings.

Responsibilities include assisting with literacy, SEL, science and art activities, and helping manage student behavior in coordination with site leaders and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Club Leaders/Teachers with youth activities, literacy skill development, social and emotional learning, science and art projects and movement activities for K-5 students.
• Support student behavior in consultation with Club Leader/Teacher and Site Leader; assist with daily setup/cleanup and other tasks.
