Northfield Public Schools is seeking a part-time Community School Licensed Teacher to lead after-school clubs at Greenvale Park, Spring Creek, Bridgewater, and Middle School locations. Position runs 3:30-5:00 PM, with some evenings. Earn $40/hour with sick time accrual.

Scheduled Hours/Days: Up to 8 hours/week. M-Th, 3:30-5 (some evening options)
Qualifications Required: Current MN Teaching license. Experience in creating and implementing curriculum for K-8 students in a school setting, as well as overseeing student behavior and outcomes. Ensuring activities for youth have opportunities for social connections and emotional learning and reflection. Be an energetic, patient and caring adult. Must be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Must be able to work independently and on a team.
Pay Rate/Range: $40/hr.

Responsibilities: Lead specific clubs by creating and implementing curriculum as well as organizing resources for successful program outcomes. Work in partnership with site assistants in an inclusive manner. Oversee set-up and clean-up.
Positions available at Bridgewater, Greenvale and Spring Creek Elementary Schools and through the Middle School Youth Center.
Must have a current teaching license. Hours will be 3:30pm - 5:00pm with opportunities for evening hours as well.
