RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Bayshore Windmill Village in Bradenton, FL. You will drive sales and financing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across the community, coordinating with the Community Manager and Regional Manager.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is expected, with travel between communities possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience required.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills.
• Detailed oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and increase occupancy.
• Research market demographics, competition and customer needs to follow up on sales leads.
• Create plans to market the community to prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Community Manager in new and used home sales.
• Implement sales and financing strategies and maintain vendor contacts.
• Prepare advertising materials with Regional Manager to gain marketplace visibility.
• Understand and document customer, vendor and financial transactions for future clients.
• Assist Community Manager with general office responsibilities and with home maintenance prior to sale.
