Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Bayshore Windmill Village in Bradenton, FL. You will implement sales and financing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue while supporting the Community Manager and coordinating with vendors.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong customer service and communication skills. Travel between communities and proficiency with Excel/Outlook are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing strategies to meet sales goals and boost occupancy.
• Research market, competition, and customer needs.
• Create plans to market the community to prospective customers.
• Work with the Community Manager in new and used home sales.
• Implement sales and financing strategies and coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare advertising materials with the Regional Manager.
• Document all customer, vendor and financial transactions.
• Assist Community Manager with office duties.
• Assist with cleaning, repairing and making homes available for sale.
