The Geneva Suites specializes in higher-acuity care in a true home setting, where dignity, safety, and meaningful engagement come first. Its mission is simple: build exceptional teams through CARES to enhance lives. OBJECTIVES
- Secure private-pay resident move-ins by converting qualified inquiries into tours, assessments, and admissions.

- Use active listening and discovery to understand each family's care needs, priorities, financial considerations, and decision timeline.
- Clearly communicate what sets The Geneva Suites apart: care ratios, home environments, and a resident-centered model.
- Serve as the consistent point of contact from first inquiry through move-in, coordinating follow-up promptly and personally.
- Track inquiries, referral sources, tours, and follow-up actions in the CRM so no prospective resident or partner relationship is overlooked.
