Job summary

The Geneva Suites in Bloomington, MN is seeking caregivers for overnight shifts (sleep hours and awake hours) to support residents in a small, residential setting. You will assist with ADLs, medications, and daily activities while ensuring safety and dignity.

This role offers flexible schedules (full-time or part-time), benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities for growth within a caring team. Experience in assisted living or senior care is preferred, with training provided.

Full-time OR Part-time Shifts | Overnight (10 p-6a) 16-40 hours per week

The Geneva Suites Residential Assisted Living locations - Edina and Eden Prairie

Are you looking for a second job? Part time work? Additional income? A job that allows you to get paid while sleeping? We've got the job for you! Working an asleep overnight position will help you to gain experience in the field and have the ability to pick up day, evening or awake overnight hours around your schedule.

Asleep hours are paid at $11.41 hour and any awake hours worked are at a rate of $19-20 per hour.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Assisted living or senior care experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Entry Level (0-2 years)
