Job summary
Windward Communities, a 55+ gated manufactured home community network, seeks a results-driven Sales Manager for Columbia Park in Olmsted Township, OH. Qualifications
- 2+ years within leasing/sales environment (multi-family living, hospitality, and/or manufactured housing)
- Experience leading a sales team and driving pipeline growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales efforts and convert leads to appointments
- Guide customers from qualification to closing and handle post-sale follow-up
- Collaborate with Mortgage Loan Originator team to process home purchase applications
- Hire, train, and motivate sales staff; manage performance and accountability
- Coordinate with Community Manager and Regional Sales Manager to ensure home availability and inventory
- Utilize Salesforce to document customer interactions and maintain data quality
