Job summary

Legacy Communities is seeking a Full Time Community Manager to oversee a manufactured home community and drive day-to-day operations. You will manage resident files, enforce park rules, and collaborate with staff to create a positive environment for visitors and residents.

The role also includes selling inventory and brokered homes, handling leads, scheduling showings, and coordinating closings with corporate sales teams. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least three (3) years of Property Management Experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Efficiently operates Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a manufactured home community.
• Collect monthly rent payments and enforce park rules.
• Maintain resident files and confidential records.
• Sell park owned homes and brokered resident homes.
• Enter leads and manage CRM records promptly.
• Schedule and coordinate closings and open houses.
