Job summary

YES! Communities is seeking a driven Sales & Leasing Agent in Edmond, OK to sell and lease new, used, foreclosed, and broker homes within our community. You will connect with prospective residents through multiple channels and coordinate tours, applications, and closings with a high-performing team.

You will build relationships with residents and local organizations, advertise listings, and help maintain move-in readiness while delivering exceptional service to renters and buyers.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
• Willing to work some evenings and weekends.
• Must have valid in-state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service/sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and leasing operations including prospect tracking, appointments, tours, application assistance, third-party communications, and closings.
• Advertise and generate leads through multiple avenues (phone calls, e-mail, social media, and flyers/promotions to residents).
• Act as a liaison between internal departments and applicants.
• Collaborate with management to monitor homes for move-in readiness.
• Hold open houses and sales events as needed.
• Organize resident events to promote YES culture and maintain relationships.
• Attend all company meetings, trainings, and conferences as requested.
• Additional duties assigned by management and are subject to change.
