Pegasus Landing of San Marcos in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Community Sales Director to drive census growth and close new residents. You will manage lead generation, relationships, and community outreach to achieve and sustain high occupancy while guiding families through the transition to make the community feel like home.

Ideal candidates bring at least four years of sales experience in senior living or related markets, strong communication skills, and a self-directed work style.

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Community Sales Director who thrives in a results-driven environment and is energized by the challenge of achieving and sustaining 100% occupancy.

As the Community Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving census growth through strategic sales initiatives, including lead generation, relationship building, community outreach, and closing new residents. You will play a key role in guiding families through an important life transition, ensuring each resident finds not just a place to live, but a place to truly call home.
