Pegasus Senior Living is seeking a Community Sales Director for Cordata Court Assisted Living and Memory Care in Washington. The role focuses on driving sales, building community relationships, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The successful candidate will lead sales efforts, manage inquiries, and collaborate with care teams to ensure occupancy targets are met while upholding Pegasus values and high service standards.

The salary range for this position is $80,168.40 to $85,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.
