The primary objective of the role is to achieve targeted sales occupancy and revenue goals. The Community Sales Director plays a crucial role in driving sales success within the community. By providing guidance, support, and inspiration to the local teams, they contribute to achieving targeted sales goals and ensuring long-term business growth. Our vibrant Cooper River Assisted Living community is beautifully settled in Mt. Pleasant and is comprised of studio apartments for seniors desiring assisted living. The Community Sales Director will serve on-site and a successful candidate in this role can expect a base wage of approximately $70,000, plus bonus earning potential.
This position may have supervisory responsibilities that will be given at the discretion of the Executive Director.
