Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a Community Sales Associate to help cultivate a strong sales pipeline, coordinate marketing events, and connect with referral sources. You will proudly tour prospective residents and their families and assist with lead base management and data entry.

This role emphasizes organization, top-notch communication, and teamwork with the Community Sales Directors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting a sales team or similar experience.
• Strong sales skills and ability to connect with people.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Organized with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Salary Range

USD $24.25 - USD $28.00 /Hr.

Compensation Disclosure

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Our Community Sales Associates also are part of our sales commission program, which is not part of listed pay range. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

• You have 2+ years of experience supporting a sales team or similar professional experience.
• You connect quickly with people and have strong sales skills.
• You have advanced skills in MS Office products.
• No matter how busy you are, you are organized and can multi-task.
• Your communication and customer service skills are top notch!
