• 1 year of experience in community development, social services, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate outcomes of programs and services delivered.
• Develop understanding of residents to guide them to appropriate services.
• Maintain resources list of employment, education, and social service agencies.
• Participate in activities that build professional capacity and relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
