Job summary

Loyola University Chicago’s Gannon Center for Women and Leadership seeks a Research and Community Engagement Manager to lead research programs, community engagement initiatives, events, communications, and administrative operations.

You will collaborate with students, faculty, donors, community partners, and university stakeholders to advance the Center's mission through program management, relationship building, and operational support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in higher education, nonprofit administration, or program management is preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills are essential.
• Experience managing events, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and related administrative platforms is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support research programs and related initiatives.
• Manage program logistics, travel arrangements, and resources.
• Collect and analyze program data and prepare assessments and reports.
• Support financial administration and resource management for research activities.
• Plan and execute community engagement programs, workshops, lectures, conferences, and events.
• Develop program materials and support outreach to students, faculty, alumni, donors, and partners.
• Oversee communications, newsletters, web content, and donor engagement.
• Maintain records, calendars, and administrative systems.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
