Loyola University Chicago seeks a Research and Community Engagement Manager to lead research programs, community outreach, and communications within the Gannon Center for Women and Leadership. This role collaborates with students, faculty, donors, and partners to advance the Center’s mission.

The position oversees events, administrative operations, and program evaluation, contributing to Jesuit, Catholic higher education values and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in higher education, nonprofit administration, program management, community engagement, or related field.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing events, budgets, and multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and related administrative platforms.
• Understanding of and commitment to the mission, values, and educational philosophy of a Jesuit, Catholic university.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage research programs and community engagement initiatives.
• Plan and execute events, workshops, lectures, conferences, and special programs.
• Develop program materials and support outreach to students, faculty, alumni, donors, and partners.
• Oversee communications, newsletters, web content, and digital outreach.
• Manage office operations, budgets, purchasing, and vendor coordination.
