Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. in Arvada, CO, is seeking a hands-on Community Representative II on-site to provide administrative and community management support for the association.

You will create and maintain databases, prepare reports and board materials, assist with onboarding, track vendor information, support homeowner communications, and help with site visits and contract renewals. Qualifications

• Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
• Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Community Managers and Division leaders.

• Assist in account setups and onboarding
• Track vendor insurance and W-9s and manage the scanning process of invoices
• Assist in performing property visits
• Support in managing homeowner calls and requests
• Manage vendor proposals, contracts review and renewal, and prepare bid comparisons

We are currently looking for a professional and reliable Community Representative II for one of our associations in Boulder, CO. The Community Representative II is responsible for providing administrative and community management support for their assigned community. Duties may vary from accounting, customer service, general office work, and administration of internal office processes to attending board meetings and providing support to communities as needed.
