• Intermediate computer skills

Responsibilities

• Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, identifying financial needs and tailoring solutions.
• Collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management partners to connect customers to experts.
• Operate a teller drawer in lobby or drive-up.
• Open accounts, perform maintenance and assist customers with digital products.
• Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
• Assist with opening/closing of the bank as per shift.
• Support community and bank events
