• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers, identifying financial needs and recommending product solutions.
• Collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management teams to connect customers with experts.
• Open accounts and assist with digital banking products.
• Assist with teller duties and cash handling as needed.
• Identify potential fraud and other risks.
