Wintrust Financial Corporation is hiring a Relationship Banker to build and retain meaningful relationships with customers. You will use your financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions and contribute to branch goals.

In this dual role, you may open accounts, handle teller duties, and collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management teams to connect clients with specialists. The position involves onsite work and opportunities to support community events.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
• High School diploma or GED required
• Intermediate computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsabilités

• Build and retain meaningful relationships with customers and tailor recommendations.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Wealth Management to connect customers to experts.
• Operate a teller drawer serving customers in the lobby/drive-up.
• Open accounts, perform maintenance, assist with digital products.
• Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
• Support opening/closing of the bank as needed.
• Assist with community and bank events
