Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with customers and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Collaborate with Mortgage and Wealth Management teams to connect customers to specialists.
• Operate a teller drawer and assist customers in lobby/drive-up.
• Open accounts, perform maintenance, and assist with digital banking products.
• Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
• Depending on shift, you may be responsible for bank opening/closing.
• Support community and bank events.
