Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Build lasting relationships with customers and tailor recommendations to their financial needs.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Wealth Management to connect customers to experts.
• Operate teller drawer and assist customers at lobby or drive-up.
• Open accounts and perform maintenance; assist with digital products.
• Recognize potential fraud and other risks.
• Support bank opening/closing depending on shift.
• Support community and bank events.
