Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in community relations or related field.
• Legal experience is nice-to-have but not required.
• Ability to build authentic, long-term relationships and represent the organization professionally and with care.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with professionals, organizations, and community partners.
• Coordinate networking meetings, lunches, presentations, webinars, seminars, and events.
• Attend professional and community events representing the organization with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral partners.
• Identify partnership, sponsorship, and community engagement opportunities.
• Coordinate newsletters, thank-you cards, gifts, and other relationship-building initiatives.
• Maintain accurate contact and relationship records and track outreach, events, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal team to educate the community and connect families with resources.
