Job summary

PATH in California is seeking a Program Specialist to support regional program and operations. The role acts as a liaison between support departments, programs, and community stakeholders, performing tasks from drafting communications to data reporting.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least one year of admin experience. On-site work in San Diego with comprehensive benefits and a focus on social impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• One year of administrative support experience.
• CPR/First Aid training or ability to obtain.
• Tuberculosis test, background screening, and drug test required.
• Have employment eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide support such as drafting and editing emails, documents, and communications on behalf of the supervisor.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
• Support with internal and external inquiries related to program.
• Assist the supervisor with processing and completing tasks related to human resources, quality assurance, finance, and external affairs.
• Support with developing reports and other presentations.
