Responsibilities include handling inquiries about short-term rentals, licensing, and municipal codes, plus building positive relationships with the community. The role is on-site, with a flexible daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Effective communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage with residents, businesses, and guests professionally.
• Knowledge of Municipal Code basics and enforcement practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and address potential Municipal Code violations in designated areas.
• Explain Town requirements and educate community members to encourage compliance.
• Prepare and maintain reports and records using Town systems.
