Job summary

Cohere in Frisco, Texas seeks a Community Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a large-scale community, including governance, landscape, vendor contracts, maintenance, and resident communications.

You will partner with residents, boards, vendors, and Cohere colleagues to protect the community's physical and financial health while delivering a responsive, well-managed living experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in community association management or related field.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational needs of the community with ownership of outcomes.
• Inspect community property and coordinate maintenance with vendors.
• Oversee maintenance of assets including landscaping, pools, and shared spaces.
• Monitor risks and protect physical and financial health of the community.
• Collaborate with residents, boards, and partners to resolve issues.
